After further study you would have realized that this phone has to be sent to a Verizon Wireless (VW) shop, or you must call a VW representative to actually have them Master reset it for you. Learn to do your job so that you can stop providing people with inaccurate information, ma'am...

1) This resets settings. It does not erase data. 2) This is a CDMA only phone; it does not take a SIM card as indicated in the video. I wouldn't sell them my phone and expect my data to be wiped. I'd sell to Hassle Free Cell Phone Repair, who will wipe it right in front of you when they buy it, if you want.

there are no verizon wireless phones that use sim cards, and this only resets the settings, not the memory in any way.

It doesnt delete all phone data. It just resets the user settings back the factory, IT DOESNT DELETE ANY DATA!
