The guard was cleared by the L.A. County officials and wound up doing something else questionable. Also, the girls wrist really WAS fractured, according to her medical release documents from Antelope Valley Hospital. The picture of the girl getting hemmed up on the lunch table is one thing, but it deosnt do justice to the actual video. Her friend, who also claimed to have been pushed, showed up wearing an identical sling. Since when do they start treating fractures with a gauze wrap? If the arm was broken then this girl deserves a large compensation pay out but if it wasn't, she & her family should be charged with whatever attempted fraud charges are relevant in her state. Both legal & civil courts surely would require evidence of a fracture before making a ruling in her favour. If the media covered this without conformation of the medical documentation then they are idiots!

The guard was cleared by the L.A. County officials and wound up doing something else questionable. Also, the girls wrist really WAS fractured, according to her medical release documents from Antelope Valley Hospital. The picture of the girl getting hemmed up on the lunch table is one thing, but it deosnt do justice to the actual video. It''s not a violent school, just a newer school in a quickly growing bedroom community. They werent ready for the population boom they were having.

Something`s not right about this story. The girl has been arrested before & then the doc. said she lied about the broken wrist so is her story credible? I have doubts. Probably she was giving more on an attitude than what she`s saying & she may have done more than what she said. BUT arresting anyone especially young ppl over bad attitudes & bad behavior just isn`t right. Arrests should be limited to dangerous criminal behavior.
