@wzukr If the bird is an introduced species(non-native) you can shoot as many as you like. They directly compete with native birds for habitat.

These they lay in the nests of other birds, abandoning their young to foster parents, usually at the expense of at least some of the host’s own chicks....so they ARE native but they sure as hell are pests also.

Good shot, cowbird are parasites and a serious threat to many native species. I will shoot any I see.
