Who is gonna think bad of their own religion? If there in it then it is obviously justified/beneficial in some way for them. When your younger and find out what, "you are" then you have a side, an identity. The justification process begins. It's not like the possibility of the kid changing religious views is out of the picture but I would imagine it becomes an uphill battle at that point because of the initial bias.
