I cannot fathom the logic behind getting rid of Kimberly. All three screwed up, but she least of all. Both ideas were crap, and the other two's bickering over it made the team late. They messed up the box because they were late, and that seriously brought down their campaign. Even with a crap idea, they could have done better if they were on time. Kimberly was a good leader, but she failed to come up with a better idea. Even so, the other two were at fault.

Nooral didn't have so much as one minute of camara time whatsoever in this task, he did nothing contributed nothing and said nothing. Kimberly made a huge mistake taking philip into this boardroom. He had the (terrible) idea and he made the (lousy) song and was the (arrogant) driving force behind the campaign. She should have brought in Nooral.
