Well, ive had a dexless sin. 17 dex robe, 8 attack wg's, etc, and he still hit like 500 by lvl 35  My dexless sin has all the same things +illbis and he hits 1k-2k dmg

Str Bandit - uses Str and Dex.

Regular (Luk) - Bandit that normaly raises Dex and Luk.

Mixed Bandit - Some type of bandits that have some of all [Str,Luk, Dex]

usually happens when you mess up the stats..)

And for your answer, Bandit usually focus on luk because luk gives more attack in the range attack.
