You can find a pseudo-translation for Rand's Route (Following the ZEUTH split at the end-game, mind) on Gamefaqs. It was made by MNeidengard and, while it's not word-by-word, you understand what's going on in the story and is what I usually use when playing SRW games.
The most interesting part is that the opening few bars are standard among the Original villains, Reuben, Shuran, and Fake Adel all have the same intro. Makes sense considering their true identities though.
God I fuckin' love SRW Z. Only thing keeping it from taking the title of "best SRW game" from @3 is the limited replay value. If it had 4 routes, it would've been no contest.
@KingLazerman meh, I'm actually pretty tired of the SRX team. Their story has been told and they have had more than their fair share of time in the spotlight.

The way it kept building meant that this was, in a way, the 'true form' of the Chimera corps theme songs.
