  • Yorkshireman2050 what are you trying here? Obviously another cheating Pakistani trying in some wierd way to defend your cheating cunt of a player. Pakistani's need to seriously consider why they get called cheats, its not because everyones racist, its because you get cauught cheating all the time and your country doesn't seem to care... you made Alfridi CAPTAIN and he behaves like that.

Alfridi, whinging paki's claiming racism and your selectors are a joke. sort it out.

  • @tunwilk

    broad always tampers

    gets away wid it tho

    xxx

  • @yorkshire2050

CAUSE he knows how to be slick and smart enough to get away with it unlike your so called AFRIDI ... putting that ball in the mouth is the most nastiest thing i have seen in cricket

  • @tunwilk Dude!! not being a Pakistani or Indian here the thing here is ASIAN players are handed bans, fines for silly mistakes while English & Aussies get away with any kind of stuff!!

There is no white supremacy clear your mind off this haze the sooner the better!

    Peace!!

  • What a cheat.

Cockroach Britain is the land of Cockroach cheats & all English, scottish and welsh are Cockroach cheats. .
  • Once a cheat always a cheat.

  • Well, for Pakistan it can cost you a whole match, if only the umpire thinks that the ball has been tempered. but here you can see clear evidence and people are waiting for a complaint from the opponents. Was there any complaint in 2006 test between pak and england, or any video footage, how was the 5 run penalty imposed by an umpire.

  • Sunny Gavaskar is right, Broad gets away with it because pops is an ICC referee

  • If we remember correctly, James anderson's ball tampering was more convincing than Video footage of Sachin tendulkar's so called tampering.

In sachin's case, even though there was no formal complaint, Match refree had penalised him based on "broadcaster's video footage". But there is no action on Either James anderson or Stuart Broad.

    Is this fairplay???

  • But I dont see how crushing the ball with his studs would have helped stopped the ball, sure cricketers have used their foot to stop the ball before but I have never seen a player stop a ball by crushing it? Anderson has also been caught ball tampering to. I'm also not saying its racial, just feel all punishments should be equal to any team.

  • I'm not either a England or Pak supporter, I feel it shouldnt really matter if a official complain is made or not, ICC should still look into it and I can understand how some of the Pak fans feel hard done by this, as they were charged with ball tampering when there wasnt even any video evidence of it! No offical complaint had been made by any team then.

  • if shoaib or some pakistani player would have been a culprit a big action must have been taken by now... shame on you cheaters with dual level of justice.

  • thats because the on field umpires could see the condition of the ball had been altered... thats the evidence. Pakistan behave like idiots, and are caught cheating so often they cant complain about being scrutinised (Alfridi in 2005, piviting on his heel on a good length when a potential bomb had just gone off), then they made him captain. CHEATS

  • @tunwilk

you are calling afridi cheat then wot abt broad?? wot the hell he's doing?

  • ur mum is a paki shagger

  • no ball tampering

  • guys are just jealous because girls find Broad sexy lol

  • This is absoutey ball tempering and even anderson doing the ball tamper but in british media is saying nothing against this ball tempering. This is not fair if small nations even just clean the ball they say ball tampering. This is clear ball tampering even blind pp can see this is ball tampering. I think power culture should be put down. shouldnt be any space for power like australian and english.

  • Broad the fucker is doing with the help of his pimp dad chris broad.

  • yeh because nobodys ever stopped the ball with their foot before have they.....

  • Nothing Wrong With keeping Sandpaper And Vaseline In Your Pants.:D

  • I think im gona cry for South Africa. I mean how is South Africa gona cope with ball tampering? Poor poor South Africa...

  • ball tempering law only seems to be against Pakistan only ICC idiots are only interested in letting Pakistan down . Micheal Vaughan is right that had there been a Pakistani cricketer involved in he must have faced a ban straight away

    this racialism must end now

  • We forced a draw in the third test, the Match officials and the ICC have dealt with it..end of story.

It's sad how people pull the race card and use it as an excuse....people that do that only show their own worth.....they are finger pointers and people who use excuses like race....always someone to blame. It's sad and weak

  • Oh! Is Michael Vaughan a racist too. Read his column (Jan/07) and you'll understand that England's former captain and MBE feels that England were trying to alter the condition of the ball and were lucky to get away without a reprimand or a ban.

Using the 'race' card - for, against or to discredit others is a shame.

  • @tmakto18

Would Vaughany have submitted those comments if he were still England skipper?....I doubt it. He is now a part of the media machine and I think his intention their was to help sell papers, after all they are now his employer, and it's funny how he retracted his statement on BBC radio, he mentioned something about hindsight......but of course, he is in a better position to make a judgement then the ICC and match officials LOL

  • When it comes to noticing changes from accepted behavior, peers and immediate supervisors are always better at it. In any classroom in High school or at the Univ. students who've studied together for a few years know more about what a miscreant is up to - than, say, a history teacher or the school principal. Again, this is just my opinion.

Chappell & Sunny are also in the media. Wonder why u don't think about their "intention" when they make statements. Being "subjective" like the umpires?

  • Your connection between the ICC and a educational system is a nonsense. Many people that sit in on the ICC are Ex-players, so too are their advisers....There's been a lot of cod shit floating around here about biased, when you look and see that most of the funding and big money in cricket over the last few years has come from Asia....it should be oblivious to anyone with half a brain that backs that theory, it gets shot out of the water.

  • I was talking about peers not necessarily the education system. Seems you can't decipher the inference to human behavior. The subjective interpretation of tampering, belligerence etc. has been biased and it's obvious to everyone except those who want to shout that everything is fair instead of doing some self-analysis. Joel Garner, who incidentally isn't from Asia (OMG! big hole in your theory!) was mad about how subjectively Benn and the two aussies were treated just a month ago. Wake up!

  • Wake up?...that's laughable, but I'm sure having people laugh at you isn't that much of a surprise. You should wake up and get with reality. The fact of the matter is..it is England 1-0 South Africa. The ICC have made their ruling...End of story, people should stop whinging about it and grow a pair. What the hell has Benn and his incident got to do with it?....you are grasping at straws here. You obviously have a problem with the ICC, write them a letter LOL, but me and the SA fans I know move on

  • Move the goal posts, move on and yet live the same day of your life with the same opinions again and again.

  • You're the one who got the negative reviews (-2 currently). So your comments about being laughed at apply more to you and it doesn't seem to matter to you. What a pity. Like someone said... No shame, No brand, no value.

  • LOL, you are sad....really sad, yes I'm -2 LOL. That says it all about you. Why don't you thumb me down too, that obviously will mean that my statement has less credibility because of the thumbs...LOL. I'm sorry but I was originally under the impression that I was discussing this with someone who had half a brain. The thumbs down only goes to show that the old adage is true.....the truth hurts.

    You are an embarrassment

    "You have -2 " LOL

  • Warnie was right! You're incorrigible.

  • Sorry but I'm still laughing about your other comment, are you not embarrassed?

    LOL

Yes, and Shane said a lot of things about the English and the International players, not that you would focus on the positives. So you don't like the ICC nor the English or our Cricket team LOL.

    True colours boy LOL

    -2 LOL...Sorry LOL

  • Comment removed

  • the reference, Mr. Genius, was to you being laughed at, not necessarily to the credibility of the statement. Follow the chain of thought in the discussion and you may just realize what the reference was to.

  • One question for you.

Why aren't the Proteas making a fuss?

  • If you've come out of your cave, get a life! Bye now.

  • So you removed your comment and could not answer the question?....Surprising since the question was loaded and the answer so obvious....LOL

    -2 for now, LOL....Sad

  • @JimJordan1000

we are not making a fuss because we'll be kicking you into the ground in this match! 180 all out after seeing demons in a good pitch. Your comments are a pathetic display of your intelligence. ...or a great display of your idiocy! pea brain. well said by the high flyer toruk makto ... get a life hehehe

  • Wipe your chin, cunt breath.

  • @JimJordan1000

    your mum's.

Rain aids England after Smith 105

A Pom said: Surely there's a mistake when you said there were encouraging pictures from the ground showing the rain having stopped and the groundstaff mopping up?," asks Sned in the UK. "Surely, encouraging pictures would involve the rain getting so hard that the wicket was last spotting floating towards Cape Town?!"

Your team can run in this test match but you cant hide from our 'hiding'. No ball tampering = no win.

  • @tmakto18

As I said, the necessary people evaluated the footage and make a judgement accordingly. Even the Proteas didn't make a formal complaint.....Graham Smith called it a Storm in a tea cup....fueled by the media. England 1-0 South Africa, with one to play, Sub Continental fans shouldn't be getting involved.....and I see it being no of your business either Captain America....It has been addressed, people should keep their beaks out of matters that are no concern to them.

  • Every cricket lover has a right to be involved - unless of course it is a private match for 'Members only'. So now you also want to comment on who has a right to share their views!! What next, wind the clock and go back to the 1800s? You can go back and stay there. I believe in 'freedom of speech', which you seem to not have heard of. Phew!

  • "Freedom of speech" is a load of bollocks...It doesn't exist. Well yes.. it does exist for the people who have a Rainbows and butterflies view of the world, and no thanks, I would like to remain in this century. In this century we have governing bodies who are elected and employed to make judgments so the talking arses don't turn a farce into an even bigger farce, just like the ICC have done in this case.Just my opinion. Anyone who has played cricket at any level could explain this situation

  • Enough said. Any person who says that 'Freedom of Speech' is a load of bullocks does not deserve being engaged in a debate. Facts & a honest discussion do not seem to be your cup of tea. Like Warnie said about an English spinner... if you're not open to change or at least self-analysis, you'll live the same day multiple times until your last breath with the exact same opinions you carry. Keep it up! Happy hunting!

  • LOL, you sir are clown. Freedom of speech only works if you are saying things that do not rock the boat. There's no censorship on anything is there?....everyone in the this world (US included) are free to say whatever they like? LOL

    You're a joke

What's it like on your planet.......LOL

  • come out of your cave and you'll find out!

  • Realize that Pakistan is not a victim in this case ...Race is used bcoz it has been becoming a yardstick with which referees are passing out judgements ...The same with bans on WI player...Or is it bcoz the code of conduct is written by the white nations

  • amiratd The type of shit you come out with fuels racism - making out racism where there isn't any. You keep stoking that fire and we'll all continue to be paranoid

  • No ball tampering and race. .... You got anything else? C'mon give us a break. We just have a different opinion. Is Michael Vaughan a racist too when he says that England were trying to change the condition of the ball? This is from his column on Jan07.

"England should treat the whole ball-tampering incident as a warning. They were lucky to get away without an official reprimand, or even a ban, because there is no doubt in my mind that they were trying to change the condition of the ball."

  • Just saw footage of Broad's take on the 'Spirit of Cricket'. When you take a look at his needless actions in these two tests against S.A., it gives a whole new meaning to it. What a pity and what a shame.

  • Sorry, is this supposed to be video evidence of cheating? if so you'd be a shite prosecution lawyer. Let me know if you don't know what one of them is....

  • hahaha england = cheating bastards!!

  • i notice that nobody is commenting about the FACT that a south african player ALSO stood on the ball with his studs in what i think was the penultimate over. nobody has said anything about that, hmm maybe its just an over rated SA team moaning cos they aint good enough

  • well done england ...great game ..

  • because in other cases there's been evidence of ball tampering, in this case there is none. The SA's know that, and the ref knows that, which is why no action has been taken.

Its bizzare that people believe its unfair when there is no evidence of tampering, if anything the footage shows no ball tampering in my opinion.

Media hype and a buncch of moaning foreigners looking at any excuse to calling people racists, sad really.

  • So where was the evidence in case of Pak Vs eng(cheaters) in2006 test. when england was awarded 5 runs.

  • There is more clear video posted on another link. Just search "South Africa England ball tempering" and the video link can be seen.

Anyway, from my point of view why finger rises to Pakistan or action is taken against them "WITHOUT FILING A COMPLAIN" and England cricketers are left with no plenty since NOBODY COMPAINT IT. This is unfair.

  • She can tamper with my balls any day!

Eh, eh, see what I did there? Tamper...balls, geddit?

  • i liked the girls.

  • it's simple.

after seeing the footage of this and anderson, the south africans didnt lodge an official complaint, and the referees saw no problem either.

taking footage out of context is pretty easy to do, why do you think sky do it? they want ratings - pure and simple. sky sports coverage is boorish crap.

as is ever the case, the armchair cricket commentators think they know more than the professionals playing the game.

  • THis series shows the kinda bloke he is really .. He has called reviews for clear catch in the first test and also yesterday..

Sportsmanship is beyond him for sure..

  • ban him, fine him, simple

  • Desperate attention seeker, fake yorkshire man! You should have your head examined!

  • Shame on all of you making this a race issue.... all your doing is inflaming racism if you go chucking unfounded allegations like that around. Your calling the entire ICC setup racist because of a hyperthetical situation u made up in your heads. YOUR THE FUCKING RACISTS for jumping to colour issues at any given opportuniity. You stuipid racist cunts

  • i agree

  • I wish u wud be as understanding if u r at the receiving end of the stick....Tell that to the Indian team when the referee fined/banned 6 players for baseless allegations....Not everyone is racist but to say that everyone's been treated equal is a wrong..

  • Where's the actual footage of Broads supposed cheat? I bet u lot havn't even seen it! he's stopping the fucking ball, if he was trying to spike it he risks spiking the shiny side. Anderson is clearly just clearing the seam of dirt, and then he piks off abit of leather thats hanging off anyway!.... iits not ball tampering for fuk sake.

  • anderson proper did it

i saw it on sky news

  • Maybe its not tampering..but other team plyers have been fined/suspended for similar allegations...What do u say to that?

  • cos they cheated like this

they drew the game.. unlucky sa haha

but broad dad is referee so he cn do it

the girl in vid is hot

    pass me her digits yorkshire2050

    safe blud

  • He's been tampering with the ball without any doubt. He's gotten away with it becuase of his dad and colour

  • Cheating bloody Poms. They must of ran out of Murray Mints and Jelly Beans.

  • lara dutt i actually dont like her much.

anyway yeah who gives a shit.

  • This Vindicates Sunny's remarks...he's gonna getaway with his Dad being an ICC refree...Such a moron...Had a Pakistani cricketer had anything like this...this would have been the top story on most Tabloids....Haiz..Though i am Indian , I feel for Pakistani cricketers, when they get victimized & Cheats like Broad getaway...

  • true say

    hardly any1s talking about it

    d racist cunts

  • 5 stars

    what a fucking cheat

no 1 is bigger than d game

weather ur a white cunt or paki

    should get same treatment (ban)

  • For starters you don't get banned for ball tampering. You get fined first offence like Rahul dravid or Shoiab aktar (he got banned 2nd time evidently). As a somewhat neutral (well not really) Australian it seems as though it was a bit of a storm in a teacup. Bowlers have stopped the ball with their spikes before. With Anderson however, I have seen the footage . He's picking at the seams blatantly. Even if he he was cleaning the ball he has to do it in front of the umpire so he's f'd either way.

  • I agree, but watching how broad did it it is suspect. Couple that with what Anderson was doing and a pattern starts to appear. Broad was silly Anderson was naughty/stupid
