yeah there were two hard decisions that day one going to see amon tobin or hallucinogen in dub with a live band. the second toughest decision was to stay and withstand the monsoon or head back to the campsite. the storm made the whole performance more prophetic and memorable.
The name of the first song is called Solstice (Warwick Bassmonkey Mix). The second one is called Angelic Particles (Buckminster Mix). Those are the best electronic dub I've ever heard. I wish I was there :( Ott rules the new to Dub!
i have a feeling amon tobin conjured that hurricane. if you were over by that stage you would know why. probably more like a combination. that might have been the hardest decision i've ever had to make at a festival. amon tobin playing the most evil junkyard fistfck jungle ever had a lot to do with that storm.
crazy wind that literally took my breath away- i was right by the sound board and it took about 2 men on each leg of the sound tent to hold it down during that wind. we were just lucky our tent was along a tree line, unscaved. p.s first panic attack ever, and i was sober.
Yeah we had a massive castle of a tent goin' on. Made of tarps and an easy up or two. I think it took ten people to hold that shit together. I remember coming too the next morning and seeing various collapsed tents surrounding me with some poor bastards stuck inside. I don't know how, but a handful of space cadets managed to keep that thing on the ground. Missed the show but one of the best nights I've ever had. @CrazyGreenLady
oh man I was tripping my face off right at this moment... and then the storm hit

yea you're fucking crazy if you think this flimsy ass reggae (now with a bunch of phasers and flangers and shit!) brought the storm.

Amon Tobin brought the storm. Let there be no confusion about it.
