if you go listen to the preview of the song SuperStar clearly those released lyrics were fake. And on top of that even if they were real she may have written them a while back and just wanted to release the song. Her music isn't about getting back at people it's about healing herself. If it were a song that reminded her everything is okay then she should release it and play it. That doesn't mean she's not over him. She probably is but that doesn't mean she should forget that it happened.

I don't understand why The JoBros would say it's a song "giving back to the fans" because it's obviously a song about a girl (Taylor Swift) who's dating a guy (Joe) but he feels like the other girl (Camilla Belle) who is in front of him is much better then the first girl (Taylor Swift). I'm sorry, I love the JoBros and all, but I just kinda think they're lying =(
