Those "chips" for the most part are garbage. Sorry if I offended someone who uses one of them. In my opinion the flash tuners like the SCT SF3 / X3 running with a higher octane tune and maybe a CAI and proper exhaust is going to have the best results short of bringing it to a good old fashion dyno and tuning it for a few ours.

Standard 5 speed v6, its zippy stock in first and second but I was wondering if, completely stock, if the dynomax tuner is worth the 300 dollars.

I got a predator tuner and put the 93 octane tune on my car and the throttle response and low end torque was well worth the money in my opinion.

it's not a chip that you actually put into the car, it's just a tuner that plugs up underneath the steering column, the device itself will walk you through the whole setup, the whole process takes 5 minutes tops, so it's a walk in the park

i honestly couldn't say, the biggest difference in my car is that its torquey as hell now compared to how it used to be.
