The stunt man wears some special fire resistant full body long underwear that has been soaking in ice cold fire retardant gel. He then puts on 1 to 2 layers of clothing over that. In this case he also had a full enclosing mask/hood. ALL skin was covered in the slimy gel. He then has to hold his breath the entire time on fire. He only breaths when he has been entirely extinguished. 1 to 2 hours prep for 10-30 seconds of awesome!
