  • Fantastic tutorial. I attempted stringing pearls for the first time a couple of days ago with a different video but I didn't do very well. I had a go just now after watching this and I had instant success. My knots were much tighter and I could get really close to the bead which I often failed at doing before. Thank you so much for this.

  • thank you so much! Can I use a single strand? thanks

  • Where do I get tweezers like those?

  • Very impressive!

  • does it matter what kind of thread you use when you do this?

  • Great job keep up the fantastic work!

  • Great video. I can actually see what she is doing. Not too complicated and not too simplified.

  • Finally a freaking stringing video that makes sense!

  • I'm a beginner and this was the best tutorial on youtube!!! Thanks

  • I know how to knot pearls just fine but I learned something new by this video!! Thank you!

  • Your knots are not tight and will stetch.

  • The best and easiest explanation I've seen on the web. Thanks!

  • Really good thank you have always wanted to know how to do that!!

  • Wow, never thought it could be that easy!! Thanks.

  • i use needle for this

  • Thanks a bunch for posting this! Saved me a lot of money and grief from having to pay a professional to restring some for me.

  • Thank you so much! that was so helpful. Just what I was looking for.

  • thank you.

  • Awesome! You are such a wonderful instructor, thank you for the help :)))

  • This video saved my sanity! I was struggling with written instructions and it was becoming very time consuming and frustrating. Then I googled "how to knot pearls" and viola! got this link to a youtube instruction video.

Worked liked a charm and I got that necklace down, rather nicely in a reasonable amount of time! THANK YOU!!!

  • Hi I have 2 questions

    1. what do you do with a necklace made of beads of two opposite colours - for example, pearls and onyx beads - which colour cord do you choose?

    2. Because the cord is doubled, does the knot become bulky then? If so, is a single strand better?

  • @dpinvogue1. i think the lighter color string would look better in most cases.

    2. that depends on how it looks and functions

  • @clod8 Thanks for the answer - excellent idea about the lighter coloured string.

  • im very like this video and she spoke so good and clearly but im have to make it~!! im will do the BEST~!!

  • thank you!!! i will try it-u speak so clearly and wonderful.there is no one able to say he or she couldnt understand how it works:)

    GREAT VIDEO

  • Thanks! I'm going to give it a try!

  • Oh thank you so much for this ^^ Very simple way and easy to do. You explain greatly

  • Love the close-up view...this is a very nice tutorial. Thank you!

  • Awesome tutorial. I like the way she makes bead knotting so simple and how she goes over the technique slowly rather than rushing through.

  • They also use this technique for stringing rosaries. Knots make it more convenient for fingers to run over the beads while counting.

  • Excellent video!

  • nice and easy but for sure the slow way to do it
