  • I grow my own tomatoes. Am I in trouble? O.o

  • everything he said was gold until he had to answer the difficult question of for-profit private companies having to compete with public not-for-profits. sadly, he resorts to "everything the government does is a lie" or something to that effect. Just another example of how the Republic position on health-care hits a logical brick wall if carried to its end.

  • @naumanjaymalik STFU and go play your Xbox

  • @kdogg132 Sorry, "kdogg" no time, I have to take a constitutional law final exam at one of the best law schools in this country. I'll leave the xboxing to you. Keep up the good work. Trying is better than not trying.

  • I think he is the only guy I've seen on FOX News who isn't an idiot.

  • I don't want anything to do with commerce. I don't want to live my life and my acts through commerce. I want to live free. If I want to go to a shop, sure, I'll trade for goods and services, but outside of that I want nothing to do with it. No contracts, no bullshit.

  • Napolitano 2012

  • you are such a goddamn pea brain. you need a government nanny to fine you in order to wear a seat belt and you think bureaucrats care more than pilots about air travel. government is great for those who seek to live as dependent children. don't even try to stop sucking from the government tit, you big P, you would starve.

  • What a fucking retard.

I hope your boat sinks and you go down with it.

  • @AngryAltruist Your comment is an indication of your intelligence

  • shut up!!hahahahhahah

  • NavyBeer- Maybe you missed the part about competition creating better products at a lower cost. You think that government regulation made flying safe? what, planes would be just droppin' out da sky if the Big G didn't keep em' in the air. No, the reality is, poor products and companies disappear. You know why? Because someone that does it better makes them disappear. The government doesn't innovate, and it's great at crushing competition. Ride an Amtrak lately?

  • So, someone needs to sue for the right to buy insurance from another State....who wants to sue? e-mail me...

  • I love this guy!

Finally--what I've been saying for months!!

National socialist healthcare is unConstitutional; illegal; criminal.

The 10th Amendment places the burden of any kind of govt healthcare on the States, & the People.

Socialized medicine could be legal in particular states, depending on each state's constitution & laws. But it is ILLEGAL for the federal govt to impose it on the states & the people by force or declaration.

They are kicking more dirt on the Constitution.

  • we live in a fucked up era of the USA...plain and simple. 200 years ago would have been nice...own your property, hookers were legal, drinking alot was normal, gambling was legal...man, i am in the wrong era.

  • that was when liberty was in its hay day. But, I guess FDR, LBJ, Obama and other shit just happens.

  • Bush, Carter, Clinton, Lincoln...basically, every President since the Founders generation has slandered the Constitution in the name of Power.

    absurd if you ask me...

this is why i support Ron Paul, he preaches nothing in regards to Power; except "We the People" hold the Power...

...also why i support the 2nd Amendment :)

  • Yes carcabe you are right. Government is a business of sociopaths and power mongers.

All this righteous talk about freedom and liberty and constitution itself is nothing more then garbage ear-wash. I couldn't feed chickens or pigs the constitution and you shouldn't feed on it either. .

  • Judge Napolitano for Supreme Court Justice!

  • @DolphinFilms Ditto to that!

  • Palin is a tool. Romney or Ron Paul 2012

  • Romney is a phony...

Ron Paul i can agree with, Palin...dont know.

  • Awesome clip!

"The government is interested in two things, power and keeping power!"

Couldn't of said it better :)

  • Let's hope that Palin or Romney wins in 2012 and places Judge Napolitano on the Supreme Court!

  • I second that. but replace Romney with Ron Paul

  • Do you seriously want a whackjob "hockey mom" creationist or a Mormon living in fantasyland in the white house?? The Republicans need to find a leader who is as charismatic as Obama, yet does not polarize the nations into two camps, if they even want to stand a chance in 2012.

  • Palin and Romney are tools! Ron Paul, Rand Paul or Peter Schiff!!!

  • Yeah, how can you be for smaller Gov, but be for things like the War over seas, War on drugs, War on porn, state ban on gay marriage, Patriot Act etc.. These are the magic wands that change all right wing neo-cons into state loving, big government trusting leftist.

  • oh ya cause, thats what we need... more neocons. *sarcasm*

  • So if this guy is such a expert on constitutional law and seems to interpret it in a literal context and in historical reference why isn't he on the Supreme Court?

    Why do you think?

  • he is a limited government advocate. Politicians of both parties generally want to grow government power (at the expense of the individual).

  • Because government employees (Presidents) are not interested in a Court that would limit government power. What President wants a court that would limit his power, agenda, ego?

People see the Supreme Court as somehow standing against government excess. The Court is part of the government, nominated by and approved by and paid by power-hungry politicians. The judges are the same people, in essence, as the politicos.

  • !! truth

  • The man is right, but I don't see a line of people or lawyers putting this before the Supreme Court. Until someone does, it won't make any difference and as long as the Court decides that the Constitution is "flexible" it doesn't make any difference.

  • The Supreme Court routinely sides with increasing federal power, opting for the meaningless Living Constitution over the written one. Sodomayor is just a continuation of that policy. Don't forget the Supreme Court is just another arm of the federal government.

  • From Rob Spring's column in the Carroll County Times:

"I find it interesting that every year since 1997 a bill has been introduced called The Enumerated Powers Act which would require all bills introduced into Congress to cite the constitutional authority for the legislation, yet it never makes it to a vote. U.S. Rep. Roscoe Bartlett is a cosponsor this year and also during past years. The bills co-sponsors, all Republicans, number 38 in the House and 21 in the Senate."

    We need this! ='[.]'=
