  • You did all this work for brown anoles?!?!

  • nice system

  • just wondering how safe the rope is. how would u go about cleaning them without them turning into a breeding ground for bacteria. gave me a good idea for my panthers very nice job with the mist system!!

  • Hey great nidea! Question: Howin the worlddid u get thoseledges mounted to the Glass?? Silicone or what? What brand R they? prasap NICE!

  • @utsuriman I made them and they're held on with magnets. I have a not so great video on how I made the rocks on my channel

  • Good job man you gave me a awesome idea for my snake tank with live plants... Whats the name of the pieces I would need for the spray nozzles? I'd like there to be a hopefully wider spray though of course...lol

  • @Only4givenOnce Am I to late? Look in the sprinkler section. They have all different kinds to select from. Good luck!

  • @Cherokeekid304 thanks man i'll have to figure something out my hardware store sucks.. lol

  • Do they ever actually use the tunnel ways to the other tanks? Or do they tend to stay in the one they were placed in?

  • @TheMajik Yes, they use the tubes to go back and forth. The females find the side they like best and usually stay in that territory but males tend to go back and forth.

  • umm how did u bild it

  • I absolutely love the idea behind that system, and as always i love your tanks!! Best setups ever. It makes me wanna go get anoles or long tailed grass lizards or something!

    Great Video

  • Very ingenious.

What are those large clear tubings installed for ?

  • @drychalice They are for them to go back and forth to each enclosure.

  • I've seen a lot of set ups and I can't say I've ever seen a misting system that is powered by a sprayer. That is purely brilliant. I've also think it's really neat how you've connected the tanks with the ropes in the pipes. That is by far the nicest anole set up I've ever seen. Those little guys don't often get the respect they deserve. Well done.

  • @Ambystomaguy Well, Thank you. Great comment!

  • you sound like dexter.

  • where do you get the misting nozzle???

  • @crazy4allanimals Homedepot or lowes. sprinkler section.. Good luck. You can get all the supplies you need there.

  • hey same parson from last time good job make me one

  • Pretty cool.

  • What those water tubes

  • How to you keep the side glass from water clean???

  • @Ulrichdimos use bottled water that is filtered

  • what is the piece used to make the water into a fine mist....i am looking in to making my own rain system for my darts

  • @dragorn2432 mister nozzle.. You can fine them at lowes or home depot. Just ask and someone will help you fine them.

  • @Cherokeekid304 thanks

  • How much does it cost to make a bare tank without all these upgrades. As in just the glass/wood and whatever else. [the bare bones]

  • @nickeftink I say around 150.00 or more. The 36x30 inch plexiglas is 22.00 something each without tax and you will need about five sheets if you make tanks that are the same as these shown. Then all the woold trim, wood stain and water based polyurenthan.

  • @Cherokeekid304

Whit if I only made the front glass, the rest wood, and open on the top to put a hood?

  • @nickeftink That may cut cost down by 60 bucks. If you do it that way you could make more doors or ways to get inside. That would make it easier for cleaning.

  • how many anoles so you have in there?

  • creative

  • HIGH, i have the same fake stump!

  • Wow man you are serious! Nice job.

  • Ive looked 100 times at both lowes and home depot please tell me a part number or name. everyone thinks im crazy there

  • @Miniak I'm not sure what part you are talking about.. Let me know..

  • That is an amazing setup! I love how you have the large tubes they can crawl into to go to another cage XD

  • we can see the flow master lol 0.0 you just said no one can see it lol >:D

  • brilliant job with the cages and rain system! :)

  • hes listening to opie and anthony :DDDDD.... really sick set up man

  • Dude go to a pet or aquarium store and get a "bubble bar", its used for air lines in auariums but it would work awesome for making realistic rain drops. They also are flat on the bottom for easy mounting and already have the fitting for that size tubing

  • thanks man thats what i thought. by chance do you know what section or the name of them. i work at lowes and never seen them before might just be becaus i am not looking hard enough.

  • What types of noozles do you have on your set up. Where can I pick some up.thanks

  • @tnull09 lowes or home depot

  • hey man i just got some green anoles i didnt even want them my lil sis got them and didnt want them no more so i took them what are the best live plants to put in the tank with them to keep the humidity up

  • @TheBigdadydave I have ive plants in mine they seem to do real well.. you can find them at lowes or home depot

  • this shit is so fuckin bad dude ur the shit for maken this

  • can you make a vid of how to make the rain system please

  • Hey great setup very simple nice construction. Had one question, I notice you have one light setup under one of the tanks in a compartment. Are you not afraid of over heating or fire? Is there a fan on this light to cool it down some? Thanks.

  • @rockyamstaff Yes sir, There are fans inside the unit. You can see them in my frist video. I go through all that info on it. Thanks, -Dustin

  • all that for some green/brown anoles dang u must love your pets but thanks for the video

  • Thanks for posting this video! Just got finished setting up a system based on yours for my golden gecko and it looks great so far.

  • @Heathburnham Awesome!! Let me know if you put up a vid of it...

  • HitLer's gass chamber?;)

    .

    .

    Great video men! fav!

  • genius ... been trying to come up with an idea for a good rain system ... this is a win ... will adjust it slightly to fit y needs but great idea

  • that setup is amazing great craftmenship

  • the pesticide section...?

  • @TheNeonTide That is where you can find the spray tank yes. The other items are in the sprinkler area.

  • those anoles must be the freaking happiest anhole on earth with that pimped out cage

  • Lizard Heaven, thumb up

  • WOW, those tanks looks like they came out of a store, anyone know how i can turn my BIG screen t.v. or china cabinet into a lizard cage.

  • NICE RAIN WATER SYSTEM

  • you have a lot of time on your hands, but I must say, your set up is AMAZING!

  • unbelievable! looks great! keep up the good work!

  • nice tank thing dude! i like how its all connected and smart idea with the rain system!!

  • how many lizards are in that tank?

  • nice tanks how much money did it cost to build them

  • Nice setup u got. Ive been working on redesigning my anole tank i got and been thinking on ways to add rain system.. Your design is good, i was curious to know what kind of nozzles you are using or where you found them or if you had any good suggestions.

  • @bpdbleach I have been using a few different nozzles. I get them from the sprinkler section at home depot or lowes. They have a bunch of different ones that spray 180 degrees to 90 depending on what you want. I tried misting nozzles and they didn't work so great. So, I wasted money buying those. So, yeah check out the sprinkler section and you should find the mister nozzles. Just ask, they will know what you are looking for. Good luck, -Dustin

  • wow that is a sweet tank

  • Smart

  • Great video, thanks for the ideas!!

  • Cool tanks 2 things firstly how many lizzards are in there and secondly do they ever use the little external rope walk ways to get to the other tanks by them selves and for the final statement you should blatently expand with another tank connected :)

  • @JimJamJaaames 5 are in there now and I have 5 hatchling babies that will go in when they get big enough. Yes they do use the tubes to cross to each tank.

  • I think you have the happiest Anoles in captivity LOL amazing set up! Thanks for the video~

  • hello, I loved your videos andon the whole system of rain you have in your terrarium, my question is: how often you clean the substrate of your cage, and when I clean the strip that has already been used or you use it again. I do not use substrate as read that on occasions the iguanas eat this substrate and can get sick, so use a cloth and change every two days, I can recommend, thanks for your response.

  • @quiqueriverao Thanks, I am glad you like it. I clean the enclousure as needed. If it starts to look to dirty then I clean it. There so small and the enclosure is so big that it doesn't get dirty fast.. I have live plants inside of this one and it works well for me so far.. Over a year now..

  • VERY nice setup bra, I'm glad to see other people take as much time and pride in their animals. Awesome setup and awesome "rainforest" generator.

  • what kind of reptiles are in that cage and are all of those cages connected

  • Brown anole lizards and yes they are joined together by the tubes

  • are all those tank inter conected? or all seperate?

  • I got them from both places(home depot or lowes ). In the sprinkler aisle.

  • Did you have to do a lot of reducing with the hose from the pump hose to the sprayers? Oh and im stealing your idea lol

  • Not to much. Just 1/4th of an inch to 5/8th

I forget exactly but you will figur it out. Just let people know where you got the idea and it's fine with me.

  • @Cherokeekid304 thanks for the idea, it helped out a lot. this was hella cheaper than buying an electric pump

  • lol i did but i wanted to make shure

  • hey you are well good at doing homemade tanks there really smart...:D

  • understood thank you

  • nice, but there something no nature like stone in air you can doing it better.

  • better having like a rocky background behind the rocks ye.

  • look at my bearded dragon vids and tell me how hes doing if you no

  • you should know hes your pet. and you should be able to tell if he is doing okay because you should have researched a tone before you purchased him. god kids these days

  • k thx i will come back to thiswhen i doo send me a frend request

  • ok thx soo much i prob will have more qustons in the future

  • just one quston how do yu breed themm im going to an expo soon to getanother so i want to no how to breed themm

  • You will need another cage and setup. Male and female should be separated. The male will just keep trying to mate over and over and over. The female will stress out and not produce any fertile eggs and my die of stress. Then you will need small enclosures and medium enclosures for the babies and the juveniles. Then large enclosures for each crestie you can't get rid of. They live up to 15 years. So, make sure your future is clear for years to come to care for your new reptiles. You need money.

  • good thing u told me cuz they have only been in the same tank for like an hour im a new be to reptiles i had them in seprit tanks but ya so thxx

  • Ooo.. Good. I am glad you have another enclosure to separate them. Have you done your research on the crestie? Don't heat there tank. Room temp. is fine for them. Over 80 degrees not good. If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask.

  • ok thx i will put them in diffrent tanks asap thx alot what do u think i can put in the same tank with my bearded dragon or crested gecko thxx plz reply

  • There really isn't any other reptile that can be housed with those two. They don't need a roommate. They like there own place. They don't need a buddy. They have you...

  • can u make a vid on to make the leges in the tanks?

  • already made a video on that and you can find it on my channel

  • i put my crested gecko with my bearded dragon and they are homies now they love eachotherbecause my bearded dragon ackts like a water dragon he loves water because i made him a water fall and he loved it so now i put a crested gecko and i can mist it and he dossent care

  • I don't know why you would post that on my comments. You know what I am going to say and everyone else will agree. You should not house them together. They have different needs. One is desert and the other is tropical. They don't mix. Cresties like cool temps. Beardies like hot dry temps. Cresties play at night. Beardies play in the day. You put them together and they don't get sleep cause someone is always up.. You just should have them together. R.I.P. to whoever dies first. I bet crest dies1

  • That's one of the best setups with attention to detail I have seen. Awesome job.

  • what is the thing that the water comes out of?

  • The flow master holds the water and it comes out the mister nozzles.

  • How did you get the water dish in the air (Yes, I know it's connected to the glass but where did you get it)????

  • Magnets :)

  • WOW AWESOME TANK!!!

  • Aside from the awesome rain setup you have, just the habitat you have set up for such a small lizard is just incredible! Better for an animal to be happy than just "kept". AWESOME JOB!!!!!!

  • wow you did a good job!

  • this was so helpfull

  • good job............great skill

  • very nice setup

  • Can you give me some advice on making a tank or even instructions if you want?

  • Dude are all those cages connected from cage to cage with the ropes to let the anoles move to other sections!!! That is awesome! dude this is the coolest setup ive ever seen!

  • neet idea with the hand pump instead of an electric one. 5 stars

  • Great idea! And sweet set up

  • I want that setup lol, nice job!

  • hey 5 stars awesome video! could you explain to me what u need for a basic tank for maby 2 lizards and what the price would come 2? thanks

  • Very Cool 5/5

Have you got a "How To" for your fans on your other vid ?

    Thanks

  • so awesome totally subbed and 5 * dis awesome vid

  • sounds like you better start saving up some cash if you are going to build one of your own

  • It pumps air in to the tank and that gives it the pressure to push the water up through the tubes.

  • Thanks, Yeah it wasn't to hard. Just took a lot of time. The plexiglass tanks and bottom cabinet/tanks cost me 5 to 6 hundred with all the stuff inside. The wood tank with glass doors has cost me over 6 hundred with out anything inside. So, I still have a lot more to spend.

  • cool lol

  • cool.. how many anoles do u have in those cages?

  • 5 girls 5 boys

  • WooW thats cool

  • awsome! good idea.
