you dont really, make a shortcut and try writing -window at the end of Target line in game shortcut properties. Like this:

"C:\lol\lulz\starcraft.exe" - window

LoL i don't use keys for playing, I just protect then build lots of gateways, to have 100 or more draguns in mins. And yeah i put max speed resolution and also speed up the video in movie maker!
