national mostly foreigners take advandtage and enjoy making money; Choumaly and Bouasone and their ministers are only running around asking donations from international communities and asking loan from ADB and WB. Those moneys mostly go into their pockets. It must be changed administration and improve laws, make laws effectively in the society.
We should look at the activities samples of Red Shirt team in Thailand.

with all due respect to all the peoples involved, i want to ask a question. i heard that lao and cambodian monasteries are being infiltrated by chinese operatives. beijing has big plans for itself and for all of s.e. asia, whether s.e asians like it or not. it was said beijing learned its lesson in tibet and burma about the power of the monasteries in rallying resistance. the idea is for these operatives to identify, co-opt and or eliminate sources of resistance. can anyone shed light on this?
