Thats my ellectric guitar, such familar sounds( well Im not that good but you know what I mean :)) Really good guitar, got mines with 2 set ups for £140 would reccomend it for someone wanting a good guitar with out spending a huge ammount of money. When I was at the shop I tryed alot of guitars some that were like about £500 but I liked this one the best because it has a really bitey twangy sound that the other more expensive guitars,probbly better rounded just didnt have, such a good guitar :)

Hey you really made that guitar sound decent, is it decent to play or isit a rough diamond that needs intonation or has it bad fret ends ?

Cheap guitar + cheap person playing cheap music. Frets are OK but may vary from one to the next as in all cheap guitar companies.

AXL did a great job on the distressed and antique look.

And it sounds great.

Also a great demo of what a talented guitar player can do with a $200.00 guitar.

I've got one, the same as this without the stupid pictures on the pick guard, it kicks serious ass...I'm loving it...! It's killer for Slide especially....I get plenty of deep warm sound for Blues as well I'm playing it through two old Fender Champs stereo...they're a steal and I think hollowed out a bit more for the neck pick up giving it a slightly more acoustical sound...they can be purchased for under $199.00...Under...! what kind of amp are you running that guitar through? do the pickups sound any thinner or hotter to you than an MIM tele?

the guitarist is great the guitar is just cool.

the unique look is almost a bonus. the guitar is an amazing guitar. it might not add up to the epiphone or les paul, but the bad water 1216 is definately worth the 250 bucks if your not a "serious" guitar player but want a fairly good guitar

Sorry, I thought you meant the guitar in the demo! Anyway, the SRO's got a humbucker in the bridge so it should be decent for metal and single coils in the neck an middle, so it it should be pretty versitile for other stuff as well.

dont knock the MIM fenders, my strat is a MIM and its made of popler for some reason, quite heavy

sounds better then any strat Ive played besides a 1964 one I played once

AXL owns Fender. They bought em out a while back, least that's what the guy at the music store I go to told me. He might have been wrong though.

I believe thats the other way around,because I bought a Fender American Telecaster last december,and oddly enough,the Fender gig bag has AXL zippers,so maybe AXL just makes the cheap odd and end shit for Fender?I dont know,but it seems real unlikely Fender would be owned by a cheap import company.

Thanks, Thats the last big of confirmation I needed on getting one. I have played more expensive guitars but AXL just has nice guitars. I own a few never dissapointed, hence picking it over a Fender Telecaster. Thanks for the demo vid.

i agree- this is an amazing guitar for the price, i recently purchased the worn white edition of it and IT'S AMAZING. I couldn't believe the quality of the guitar. it was incredible. If your looking for a great guitar to start or even for more experienced players i reccomend this guitar.
