Pardon my ignorance. I was reading about the NG dispute between Rus-Ukraine and saw where Bulgaria is being effected. I realized I didn't know exactly where Bulgaria was on a map so I looked at a map of Europe and though I could point out GB, France, Germany, Sweden, Spain, etc. There were a number of countries I couldn't point out {which is unacceptable.} This was a lovely video..........How is Bulgaria functioning now? Is it fundamentally a Democracy? Are there still "ties" to Russia?

Well Bulgaria is full democracy now even though our politicians are still communists. It will take some time until they retire but i do not think in the next 20 years Bulgaria will change very much. lovely country but the workforce is underestimated. My parents are doctors with 25 years of experience and they were paid 300 euros in Bulgaria., We came to Kuwait in 2005 and here they get paid 13000 Euros per month. See the difference. this is the only thing that makes Bulgaria shit,

Thanks for the post. Enlightening. Doctors in the USA make alot of money but it depends what your specialty is. An everyday General Practice MD might make $175,000 a year. A good Orthopedist might make $500,000 a year. A good Plastic Surgeon {Cash--not so much Insurance Money} might make a million a year. They do well though. The Healthcare in America is generally very good but incredibly expensive for businesses and individual payers.{Those "with" pay for those "without."}

They both take 13000 euros per month. i have no doubt in America it will be higher salary but here in Kuwait we don't pay taxes or water or electricity or telephone and the apartment is given for free from the hospital. And the petrol costs 15 cents per liter. So the disposable income is huge. But its a freaking desert. Nice city but after that desert. America is America.... The Best...
