i saw a dead one today he was attacked by a hawk by the way how do you get one can you have society finches raise them when they are young? PLEASE!PLEASE!HELP ME.
If the baby has to much contact with humans or associates people with food then it might not be able to continue life in the wild. If its being cared for by a wildlife centers staff memember then there shouldn't be to much to worry about.
he was doign really well. Unfortunately i was working at the bird clinic only for a month. When i left he had grown up a lot and was doing splendid. he wasn't eating on his own yet. I believe he was released some little time ago! before i left the ygot two mroe little guys, who were sooo cute. I just love the sound they make!
bj bird i like them but when they are grown up they are kind of annoying

@321BOSS1 You would never have society finches raise such a large bird as a blue jay, only other finches...

you can feed them baby food, that actually works because of the amount of nutrients and protein in the mix.
