Hi,

Nice video. Can you tell if there is any software do help keep my camera in balance? I mean to help the camera ruuning ok. Repair and fix and problem the camera may have?

Any idea on how to focus with the utility software? The focus buttons on mine are greyed out and i cant seem to enable them!

you need to use the software that came with the camera or else photoshop or photoshop elements.

I havem but they come out all dotty as jpegs and are crap quality

I found out what it was, it's my screen, for some reason when I make an image my desktop backgrond they go crappy.

@61862006 you need camera raw for photoshop or lightroom or the camera software (inferior)

you need to use photoshop and change the 16bit Raw file to an 8 bit file so go to image mode and change there.
