I think this had to be edited in some way. The reaction of the audience, or lack thereof, gives it away. A mental collapse of this magnitude would be unprecedented for a sitting US President, and the whole room would have been buzzing with confusion and worry long before Bush left the podium. Yet, the room was oddly silent the whole time. If this really happened, it would have been front page news that would have endured for months. The media wouldn't bury this.
