No offense, but people who are really ignorant of how a guitar is played seem to be impressed by anything even remotely 'flashy' or 'cool'.

This man barely passes off as a real guitarist. His 'talent' is actually quite lacking. Most who take learning guitar and practicing it seriously would agree.

@MagatsutheCalamity i have to disagree with you. guitar finger tapping is hard, especially on an acoustic. cross−handed guitar tapping is almost impossible (it takes a ton of strength and precision). if you're tapping on say the A string and then quickly skip to a tapping lick on the B string and back and forth, thus can produce unwanted string noise and/or make the notes not sound clearly. I think you should give finger tapping a try and see it for yourself.

I think you don't even know that's a technique called tapping, you dont see that shit on guitar really often because its a bass technique.

@MagatsutheCalamity there are basses with 4, 5, 6 even 10 strings, in fact most of the time tapping is used on basses with more than four strings because bassist usually pick lower strings while tapping to create that "funky" sound. Check Victor Wooten or Pepe Bao videos those are the best bassists.
