@filmsRus22 First, thank you, and yeah that chocolate cake is good! Second Captain Crunch is just a regular sugary children's cereal. Here are the ingredients CORN FLOUR, SUGAR, OAT FLOUR, BROWN SUGAR, COCONUT OIL, SALT, NIACINAMIDE*, YELLOW 5, REDUCED IRON, ZINC OXIDE, YELLOW 6, THIAMIN MONONITRATE*, BHT (A PRESERVATIVE), PYRIDOXINE HYDROCHLORIDE*, RIBOFLAVIN*, FOLIC ACID*. Sorry for the caps, not my doing lol
