In an earlier post I explained how it was made...hard to tell how much it is worth...simply a mix of mostly things that are easy to get!! Thanks for the positive comment!!
The rubber part of the mask was actually purchased for about $10.00 from an internet Halloween costume site and we simply used a black, thin pointed sharpie marker to add color where the mask was lacking. We then took a black full face stocking cap and sewed black rope of varying lengths to it and then topped it off with some silver duct tape on the ends of the rope and on other areas of it also. The most time consuming part was sewing the rope on.
Hunter has on a brown shirt, pants and shoes that he and his Dad spray painted various colors of brown, black and dark green on top of. The gray part on his chest is motorcycle chest gear and has been spray painted gray. The brown fabric hanging from his waist is another brown tshirt that was cut up and put on so the neck of the tshirt is actually at Hunter's waist. Cont..
The black armour on the top of the sides of his legs are simply cheap floor mats cut into shape and tied to a belt that he wore. The netting was decorative fishing net, and the skulls were styrofoam and simply strung onto the netting over Hunter's shoulder, and one in a bag made of netting hung from his waist. Hunter wore black gloves with silver duct tape on the knuckles. Cont.
The wrist blade attatchment was made from a cardboard cylinder spray painted chrome and padding styrofoam was cut out and spray painted chrome for the blades which were attatched to the cylinder by gluing them to a spray painted kool-aid singles box. On the other wrist, chrome painted cardboard cylinder was also used. Cont.
The glave that he was carrying was a combination of two plastic grim reaper scythes, take the tip off one and glue it to the other so it has a blade at both ends, then spray paint it chrome. The way Hunter and his Dad made the mask and hair were in an earlier entry. Hope this helps!! Good luck!!!
Great job!!!!
