Not a safe thing to do. Leave these kinds of shots to the pros who have made arrangements with the railway company. It's not wise to endanger your life for a video. You could fall or get caught on the rails and been horribly maimed or killed by the train. Takes at least 1/4 to 1/2 mile for a train to make an emergency stop. Then other children see a video like this and want to try. Don't take a chance with your life. Stay away from the rails!

He was not under the train you moron. He just put the camera on the track then leave it there so he can video tape it, he was watching from the other side of the railroad track. The camera was shooting by itself then after the train passed he picked up the camera and start shooting the back of the train. Use your brain to think dude because you are so stupid.
