Hey everyone, my DVDs sold out and I don't intend on producing any more. I am focusing on helping businesses build their Project Management Offices, Business workflows and conducting more formal training sessions. If your company needs a strong trainer/consultant let me know. Most of my current work is in energy extraction in the Houston Texas area but I am also working in Dallas, Austin, Charlotte and Cleveland Ohio. I Need strong PMPs who know what "self-start" and "motivation" means.

The PMP certification gives one a knowledge level of learning (read Bloom's Cognitive Taxonomy). Folks with a synthesis level of learning of Project Management are in high demand. Study hard, make your own trail, if you think your organization is messed up on Project Management THEY ARE!!!! Very few do it right and a burned out Project Manager is the norm. Focus on scope (requirements) and schedule/costs will come naturally..earned value management is abused and totally misunderstood.

I just took a 4 day study course and regret it. I wish I would have gotten this guy in the vid. My instructor basically regurgitated the PMBOK. Boring and useless.

I am a diploma graduate in business management. I have taken PMP training and planning to get certified. Would I still have a good career with the certification? I can not join degree program for some time. How do I purchase your DVD's?

As far as careers go, you have to love both sides of the challenge...the art and science of Project Management. Leading people and managing the process can be very challenging but is extremely rewarding.

@princemohsin Yes, it is even more important, I think having a PMP is more powerful than having a degree. It is my opinion that if you pass the PMP, the study required is greater than the study required to obtain a Masters Degree.

sumant2000, I dont think its the whiteboard which has so many options. But infact its the software thats doing the trick. Jeff clicks on the brush using his pen and that allows him to get a yellow line to highlight. May be he is using a high end projector or something.
