Now that you've posted the Brisbane version, YouTube now has this, along with Sydney, Melbourne, Hobart, Perth, regional Vic, regional South NSW & regional Qld! I'm pretty sure Darwin didn't have one, so all we need is Adelaide to come on board...

Yes, I've seen the regular version of the Sydney ID (albeit, bad quality) on the 'Tube but no movie opener.

I'll let you know if I come across one...
