Waste of time. Try using their website. My business gave up after a month. Now it times out and is not reachable. I've posted a video showing it. We used Canada Post every day for 4 years and now after a month of BS and their websites always crashing we gave up.

Canada post sucks! Been waiting for a package from Ottawa and it's been a month! Still nothing! It was shipped out on sept 1st!
