haaha brilliant! i walked along this stream a couple weeks back and saw a hundreds of small chublet plus a few 3lb-4lbers. im not too sure but i couold have sworn i saw a carp too! i will give this place a try somtime!

There are fish in the stream behind the Castle - if the weir is closed, river forms deep pool with visible fish - and u have room for backcast....
