Urgh, i understood perfectly what she was singing and her voice kinda cracks way too much.

The acting was horribly bad.

The guy could show some more "pain"

and the girl needs to show a bit more emotion.

and the emotion in her voice just doesnt cut it... because there was BARELY any.
