It may not be ‘correct’ to say so but I think this is superb- the sooner we have cameras with live public feeds in every street, workplace, classroom & maybe even home, the better. We can’t afford any more Police ‘on the beat’!

To me, any reluctance to be on camera is prima facie evidence of criminal, maybe even terrorist tendencies.

The phone spying is being done. Also be aware that your webcam can be turned on remotly. Be carefull of copy machines too. large comercial copiers like in offices, Staples, Kinko's and other places have several hard drives inside them and a copy of what you are copying is saved to the hard drive.

@jw11432 The Montel Williams show had some guest on years ago that sounded like a thriller movie when they expalined, on national tv that they were being watched, listened to and they were able to turn the phones back on after they turned them on. They were even followed on their campng trip. Who ever was doing this even called them up and described what room they were in and what they were doing so you can can followed through your phone. Blackberrys are banned in some countries.
