People who use Vista/7: run in administrator mode or it wont install the packages.

I wish I had seen this 3months ago when I newly installed windows 7 and were having troubles with andriod sdk. I was so frustrated that I decided to format the computer and install ubuntu. I tried to install the skd on ubuntu but never got the chance to do it. I went back to windows 7 and gave it another go. I could've save all the hassle if I'd just ticket one box. thnx :-)
