Pakistan is funded by China to live and support them to suppress India's development (as well as a satellite nation), whilst America funds them to create unrest throughout the continent (which happens to be Russia). I don't think China's foreign policy is against Russia (for they've had friendly relations since 2001, and are gaining modern equipment only because of Russia). That's America's fault.
