If you're looking for a bargain, a bird is almost certainly not a good fit for you. There are many parrot rescue organizations in this country which will happily place a bird like this in your home for free. That'll save you a trip to Bolivia, not to mention the risk of smuggling. Troube is, if you see birds and think dollar signs, your home is maybe not the best place for a loud, long lived, highly intelligent bird.

lol i was just joking and i live in canada there arent alot of parrot rescued here

there are lots of Parrot rescues in Canada if you're looking for a bird google search there is always an odoption fee :) and the good ones will have a contract where the bird is also returned to them if things don't work out. Large exotic birds like these are never given away here. These birds require serious commitment.
