i think its an hydrogen fuel cell, think about it, run a motor and flywheel with a battery and it will build speed, take battery off, flywheel still spinning, the motor now generates power for a while, its probably very much the same with this but far less efficient under these circumstances, generate hydrogen and oxygen ions, as they recombine they draw a voltage in the reverse process of the HHO electrolysis.

do you have a white powder build up on your plates? i think that may have ormus in it, watch the lost secrets of the sacred ark to learn a bit about ormus or ormes, i get a voltage potential on my plates as well dry.

the cell is just giving you a "water battery" effect because in some cases it IS a water battery even without copper

have you tried putting a rubber mat under either the cell or the table feet? i still say your somehow pulling a tesla,and getting some form of sky voltage. the table or even the iron laden bubbler lines could be acting as the antena?i know it sounds stupid but the energy has to be coming from somewhere even a cable in the wall maybe move the thing around.certainly is a canundrum.

Hello Larry - I experienced something like this with the HHO cadmium cell - cadmium captures neutrons - I always had a 2/3 volt charge in the cell in the mornings, never thought to run the test you are doing - I wonder if your cell is capable of this, or, photons? Any natural light getting into your workshop? A photon landing on a metal plate ejects an electron, initiating an ever-amplifying avalanche of electrons, what could the enormous fields in your cell do if this scenario exists?

my HHo gen dose the same thing . after I short it out it will slowly build back up. but not all the way to the three volts right after it runs . Its seems as tho they act something like a battery and a capacitor.

Yup, I told you that it would rebuild a charge.

The magnets ease the electron pathway between the electrolyte and allow them to flow between the dissimilar plate materials.

What you have is a new style of magnetically enhanced galvanic battery.

wish I had some idea what was being consumed to cause the charge to keep building up ... it must be some sort of chemical reaction ... not even 100% convinced that the batteries have anything to do with it but it seems that is only radical difference between your setup and one of mine ... and can tell you, mine do not build up a charge like that .. the hold a charge for a long time, but once its depleted, its dead ...
