It's called the Touch Guitar, invented by Dave Bunker of Bunker Guitars. It's an amazing instrument with incredible tone and range. I've had the pleasure of watching him play it several times. The upper neck is a guitar, while the lower neck is a bass.

hi salbella, I just happened to have the piano arrange for this and added my own two cents to that. It's nice on the Touch Guitars where you play both treble and bass clef, you can play right off of piano music, someday when time permits I will post my arrangements on my Bunker Guitar site, thanks
