I'm surprised he doesn't scratch his nose and snort more. It is obviously causing him a lot of discomfort. Yes, I do know what headshaker's is - check out my own channel. I am able to treat my horse, and there is hope for yours as well.
What a cute horse! Poor thing, though :S At least it doesn't seem to present too much discomfort... It's almost like his nose is having muscle spasms.... Has this been diagnosed?
Hi there.. poor guy, he looks very sweet. Is it something neurological like epilepsy as well as head shake? He appears to lose his balance (halfway in) as he steps fwd, unless he's just so distracted by his face!
A lot of headshakers are actually made worse by being turned out in the light. Photic headshakers are triggered by the sunlight and the kindest thing to do is keep the horse out of the sun. It actually produces a pain in the nerve receptors of the muzzle which exhibits itself as head tossing or twitching. I do not know if this is what the horse in the video has but please dont make comments about people being cruel for keeping it in a stall when you dont know the full reasons!

Did you think about calling a vet? Might be a wise idea.

Is this quite an extreme case? My mare shows a lot of the symptoms but her nose doesn't twitch like this one.
