@KoolHERPES normally its called an at st, but when ozzik sturn modified his, it was changed to at kt (all terrain kashyyyk transport) or at sth (all terrain scout transport {hunter})

the batman cape just makes him look stylish, actually if you want the cape to look ripped just go at it with scissors ,you can get it looking pretty realistically damaged
