I don't think this whole song is a demo... I feel like the person who posted this found a snippet of the demo, which was the part where the lyrics were different, and mixed it in with the finished song that was on the album. Also, if this was the whole demo, his improvisations at the end wouldn't be exactly the same as they are on the final album song.
