  • Steve Wilkos - Devil Mom guys this is who she realy is watch this and circulate it. its important its on youtube

  • HI KRISTEN

  • God bless you woman, we are all blessed to be born with "normal," brains, whatever you would classify as norma, yet in these individuals, they had no part in being born with this as we didn't not being born with this horrific desease.

  • Gur, R, “Subcortical Volumes in Neuroleptic Naïve and Treated Patients with Schizophrenia,” American Journal Of Psychiatry 155 (1998): 1711-17.

Gur, R, “A Follow-up Magnetic Resonance Imaging Study of Schizophrenia,” Archives of General Psychiatry 55 (1998): 145-152.

  • do some research the swelling of the basal ganglia and thalamus “was associated with greater severity of both positive and negative symptoms.” basically as these brain volumes change the person becomes more psychotic (positive symptoms) and more emotionally disengaged (negative symptoms). The MRI studies show that anti-psychotics worsen the very symptoms that they are suppose to treat, and that this worsening begins to occur after the first three years the patient being on the drugs.

  • I don't need the medicine anymore. I'm out of that phase. I'm just waiting to get out of the black depression. As far as schizophrenia, yeah, I lost some tissue. I think it's an array of disorders and that they have to figure out which one each individual has to effectively treat it. I have brain damage on the left side. The left sides causes God-like hallucinations of reptile-things and difficulty understanding detail. Like, a lot of people who have issues with the left side have God.

  • hun...I would give anything to lose my head......or "brain" as you put it....

  • DUDE. when your schizooooooophrenic do DOO DOO DOO DOO DOO DOOOD ODOOD DODODODO, yeah bet that confused you huh?

  • I guess a human being cannot live without meaning, but in reality we dont really know why we are here other than to reproduce and spread our genome.

  • @JacobsJaffa if you know God, you know why you are here. It's impossible to understand him completely...if we could, we would go to heaven probably lol....but I hope to God I never have kids even though I love kidzz soooo muches.....this world just isn't good enough for them... =(

  • @mrskikizz

Funny response. I am intrigued as to how u "know" god?

  • @JacobsJaffa I didn't say I know God....that's just it. God is full of mystery yet simple at the same time from my experience with my walk with his son Jesus and the things that have been shown to me by what could be none other than God. These occurances can't be put into proper words...you would tear them apart anyways if you are a disbeliever and I don't believe my heart could stand it. I'm trying to stay away from drama for a change. any other questions?

  • @xgotarox Where are you from? I agree about the delusion thing but again it's all about what you make of it and take away. It just seems people assume it's all delusions and nonsense and pointless when of course it isn't, you can be fully in to it yet not take any of that beyond surface level well-meaning and story telling! But yes for the most part...people are hooked on it :s

  • @xgotarox and don't pick on christians, how stupid of you, how ignorant you must be to place all said christians under the same hat! I'm not being difficult, just discussing :) sorry, but yes, picking on christians as if they all believe god loves them and protects them is silly

  • @xgotarox what's your point? That's simply not normal. Fear and panic sure, but not to the same extent. "Normal" people can experience any number of abnormalities whether constant or on/off, of periodically. What's your point? Normal people are still normal regardless? What if it means they cease to become normal cause of that? I don't get it! How can you say level-headed people experience equal paranoia and fear?? what

  • @xgotarox That's true but the fear and panic are something not everyone experiences in everyday life! It can be terrifying at times, not simply stressful or moody/irresponsible acting/excuse-making. Which is certainly found in most people. But it's about the terror I think

  • Thank you for you time in putting this together, I really appreciate it!

  • If its not too late , ie , there is still some brain left , try brain excercise , like instead of watching the TV how about learning how to play music etc. Might help reduce brain loss without drugs.

  • loosing 5 % a year.. DON'T believe that.. I don't know when you got diagnosed but when its a long time ago you shouldn't have a brain anymore.. but you seem to have one :-D.. .

  • uhm i dont think the camera angle should be QUITE that close...

    LOL

  • Your videos are actually a noble sacrifice to share this private experience , SINCE there was not too much study on this topic. I don't have a schizophrenia but someone that I care a lot about do... :(

I thought it was a bipolar or anxiety all that is so uncleanly defined yet you gotta know the difference to know what the right thing to do about it, right?

  • @xgotarox that they make it worse then blame us for additional reactions and that this could be prevented by opening up something like the poor house because society loads us with garbage anyway. We're responsible to a point, but after that, it gets ridiculous, and you know. You meet one of like 10 varieties, and you've met them all after the group, yet they make us unique.

  • @xgotarox we're rejects. If society would let me, I'd be fine. If I go off, I'll just be outside screaming. Everybody knows she's going to do it and they accept it. It isn't an excuse, and it won't last more than a few hours, and I'll make it up later. I'm very poetic during that time period. My hallucinations make me really tense and scared, so I'll just dart off and hide, but they're entertaining bc I get excited after its over but also blurred.

  • Well, schizophrenia is a catch all for deviants of normal brain function. You know that you can get a delusional disorder from being overweight and that the antipsychotics are causing the brain damage becuase you're only going to have so many episodes. Desire is fire in the din. Being the seer I am, I'm curious about what goes on. I'm mostly a + person, but I can't function with the humans bc they're evil and use everything. We should all be in the same area. Rejects R us.

  • i stoped take medicine and i am feeling much better than i felt taking its ...

  • @ramoniska seroquel will knock you out so that you don't go runoff and you'll struggle there until you pass out, but you won't have to deal with it later.

  • do you get a mental health welfare check monthly?

  • @xgotarox I think so too it's the psychologists fault they just throw a dignoses at you just for money and they give u some hard medacation and then u have to believe them because u want a dignoses!!! Skitzophrenic dignoses are mostly wrong

and you really have psychic gifts are a really big imagination!!

  • are u Skitzophrenic ???? or are u just interested in Skitzophrenia???

  • @IndigoCat17 I have schizophrenia actually. :)

  • @ichbinkeinberliner what does that mean??? im very curious

  • You are very intelligent and a great resource for people wanting to find information about schizophrenia. Thank you for sharing that.

  • If I stare at something too long, I start to see images, usually faces. If I focus really hard I even see movement, I tend not to look to long. I also use to hear voices just before I fell asleep, mostly when I was young.

I think I may be a little Schizophrenic, never been to a doctor or anything for it, I tend to stay clear off them as I feel they do more harm than good sometimes.

I think there will most probably be a cure for Schizophrenia in the future as well as most things.

  • theres no such thing as "a little schizophrenic", trust me, once people get schizophrenia it never goes away.

  • Hi There,

I just hope the system in your country is so much better than here in australia. The mental health system here is atrocious, and i feel that not enough people are doing any complaining.... God bless you and your struggles.....all the best..

  • @xgotarox

    Thats the deal baby

  • You've completely overlooked the biological aspect of the disease...

  • You can't will yourself or get distracted into full blown psychosis. You also have no evidence that people who know they have a mental illness are less inhibited. You are living on myths here. Being psychotic is not about being out of control like you would imagine. You should really think of it like a broken arm. You can't sort of slip into having a broken arm. It is the same with mental illness. Yes, there were times when I wasn't labeled and my history with it all is too much to list.

  • I understand that you might believe "everyone gets delusional at times" and manic or whatever else, but the truth is, there is a HUGE difference between everyday "delusions" and psychotic delusions and real mania. Not everyone has mental illness and those who do face things you cannot imagine. I'm taking medication and have never taped a psychotic episode. It is like you are saying everyone has a broken arm. It just is not the case. Mental illness is real.

  • @xgotarox Except that I have had psychotic episodes and experienced mind-numbing depression. I assure you that there is no part of it that I WANT!

  • And to continue on what I just said I also want you to know that your mind may lack at one thing but it will replace it with something far better because, again, with experience comes great wisdom. Stay Strong. I'm 16 years old and i promise you one day when if I become a doctor, which is my plan, i will cure this horrible illness. if you need anything feel free to ask even to talk when ever! i never sleep. my name is mike, and I'm here for you

  • Hang in there. I know your saying your condition will only get worse, but know that there is one thing that your brain can NEVER lose, and thats the will to fight, and with such drastic heartache that one experiences in life, the phrase what doesnt kill you only makes you stronger really comes into really comes into play, because you are experiencing what many people do not experience in life, and due to that the your mind will gain a greater wisdom far beyond the average person.

  • thanks for the article :)

  • OHH WAIT WAIT WAIT holy shit i almost forgot a very important detail...shave your she-he moustache wait wait...pluck dat unibrow and oh yea your wierd beard...have a delightful afternoon....CoOkIe MoNsTeR!!!! NUM NUM YUM YUM YUM ....COOKIES!!!!

  • wow schizophrenia is like a wildfire that sweeps over the brain excellent analogy.....so lemme give it a try,.. you must be the wildfire that sweeps over the cookie aisle everyday! and wait wait.... i think i got this...And not only ugly but...butt fuckin ugly raged over you like a damn forest fire then!! Damn im good at dis shit

  • I have worked in mental health since 1985. I have been priviledged to apporach people with a diagnosis of schizophrenia as extra sensory beings. Taking responsibility and control of the experience alters it damatically. Turning a person from a victim of illness to an outstanding ommunicative human being.

  • Mediums see, hear, feel, taste, sensations from both the living and the dead. Schizophrenics see, hear, feel, taste sensations that doctors call insane.

Who decides if a person is a medium or psyhotic. Who wouldnt be paranoid if they had extrasensory perception and people said they were insane, not to mention treated them as sub human beings for being " ill"

  • the only things mediums see, hear, feel, taste are the dollar bills they fleece from dumbos who never heard of science. my schizophrenic uncle used to see cia agents hiding under the oranges in krogers which i doubt is actually a feature of the afterlife

  • Actually science its self recognises ESP

And it is not possible to know what goes on in the afterlife, if one is unwilling to allow people to know. You can not know that your Uncle was wrong, because his experience was disregarded at psychotic nonsense. Jesus had " psychotic" expereinces. He 2 saw, heard, felt things others could not and was condemned for it. non the less millions believe he was right.

  • haha sure each orange he saw tossed to heaven was a virtuous soul! Damage? dopamine? Surely these are all words of the devil.

  • to retardrage99

holy shit dud that's fucking funny!!! lmao!!

  • man i just hate ignorant turds like 'HealingMillions.'

More like 'Stealing Millions' just like every other 'psychic.'

i mean how delusional do you have to be to say "well you don't know he's wrong!@!" when I tell her that my uncle spent a whole day tossing produce at cops in a grocery store.

  • How many of the Schizophrenic patients were on psych drugs?

How do those drugs effect the brain?

How can a doctor tell Delirium from Schizophrenia?

Is there a proven cause of Schizophrenia?

How do you know what you're really looking at when you see these scans if you're not a drug company paid expert?

  • hey thanks, i found this interesting

  • Do you have Email address I may write to? Today is 09/21/2009 - I am a medical transcriptionist

  • yes, it is on my main page :)

  • Dont be mean to the elder lady its not her fault to get this mental problem

  • @Sporeion LOLSM LIKE SHE IS 90 BAHAHAAA

  • thats fuckin mean dude, wow.

  • don't worry, you won't need your brain cells anyway. the OBAMA ADMINISTRATION plans to do all our thinking for us ;)

  • I really enjoy your videos... They are very helpful in helping me understand what goes on inside the head of a person with schizophrenia. Do you find that when you weren't taking your meds, it was better (or worse) when people disagreed with you? My aunt suffers from paranoid schizophrenia... she has stopped taking her meds & I worry about her a lot... I told her that she needed help & she didn't like that at all... but agreeing with her all the time didn't help either.

  • It is probably different for everyone, but I get really grumpy and mad when I am off medications. You are right, agreeing all the time doesn't really solve everything either. It is hard to get people to take their meds!

  • are you super sensitive to people? do you notice things about them that you should not? They mostly irritate me, I can sense them around me, even when they've done nothing and although I don't discriminate, I do notice odd features, and they constantly say things that they don't or couldn't have possibly said.

  • Wow. So after being a schizophrenic for 15 years, I should only have 25% of my brain left? I think there is more here that just schizophrenia going on to cause a 5% decrease per year. It is impossible to be a schizophrenic and not be on medication during some time during the illness. It is also true that many schizophrenics are self-medicators- meaning that many could also be alcoholics which contributes to brain loss.

  • And there is the old adage- If you don't use it you lose it. Maybe these people who were tested just never thought of anything else except their illness (often a repetitive voice that says nothing), and were mentally unstimulated in other ways.

Don't believe everything you read. I graduated with a BS in biology, magna cum laude and within the top 5% of my class after being a schizophrenic for 10 years.

  • Sometimes schizofrenia is in fact neurosis. There is a dispute. Does schizofrenia exists? Maybe it is just a form of neurosis. A psychological disease which can be cured through psychotherapy. I was neurotic and had schizolike symptoms and was in fact diagnosed schizo but later diagnosis was banned. I was send on therapy and now Im cured. Still on pills though but very well and functional after 4 years of psychotherapy.

    Greets

  • Taking those drugs and continuing to take those drugs is not curing anything. When a brain drug stops working, and they ALL do after a year or two, when efecicy fales, you will have to go see your drug dealer for some new drugs. Dupe. Better that you find an honest, local crack dealer, he won't register you, you won't have to take any tests, you won't be 'diagnosed [whatever that means]. He want your money and doesn't hide his money making motives.

  • i think i'm schizophernic.... I'm 12 and I hear people knocking on the walls, I sometimes have hallucenations, I have to lock my door whenever I come in because they'll come in... I'm not sure who they are... but they put cameras in my house and sit outside and watch me.... I need help but I also have Social Anxiety and can't talk to anyone....

  • im only 15

i've been showing symptoms for a few years now

but is that early to develope the illness coz i was reading that woman usally develope it in their late twenties

how old were you when u were diagnosed ?

  • women *tend* to develop it later, but it isn't a hard and fast rule. anyone can develop it at any time. I was 16 when I was officially diagnosed, but I had problems before that. You should get yourself to a doctor right away. Early treatment is better for long term success.

  • my mom has schizophrenia!!

    :(

its a quite hard thing too put up wiv but im used to it

  • My cousin is Schizophrenia. she has had it for years! It is a hard thing to go through! I wish you the best!

  • I have been watching your videos for a while now and I wonder if there is a special diet that helps people cope with Schizophrenia...my brother got a diet to follow for his anxiety and depression, any info on that? Hey thank you for being so brave and for being a blessing to all of us coping with those who suffer Schizophrenia.

  • In the book I read, the brain actually grew due to excess fluid build up in the studied cases. Of course this was in a disabling mannerism, and I'm no expert. I guess there are several causes. I wonder if hallucinations are akin to the corresponding brain deformity.

  • you're a very brave, resilient woman- ignore the ignorant people commenting on you-

  • COMMENT 4 of 4

Please stop making the world witness your bouts of 'feeling sorry for yourself'. We ALL have issues, you are not unique in this respect.

  • I'll type what I want, it's not my fault you feel sorry for her.

  • How is it that you are able to organize your thoughts here... you are very focused. My sister has this awful disease and cant organize her thoughts. She cannot carry on a conversation. Maybe she's not on the right combination of medications? She hears voices and fights constantly with them to leave her alone. I dont know how to help her? She has no insurance and all the hospitals we've sent her to, only kept her for short periods because she has no insurance.

  • I agree, there is no way she would be able to organize her thoughts so well. There is no such thing as NORMAL!! She's making this shit up.... I know all the info she does because I've looked it up on google myself! I know it even better cuz I have lived it. I wish I could remember my hospital visits as well as she does. Normally, psychotics don't remember their psychotic episodes. But her majesty remembers. Amazing. God keep me away from the meds you are on.....

  • umm, yah, you all can just step off. do you think I take antipsychotic medications for fun? who the hell are YOU to question MY diagnosis. All you see is me in these few short minutes of a video. You cannot possibly know me or know what is going on inside my head from this. I suggest you look up a book by Elyn Saks called The Center Cannot Hold. I assure you there are other schizophrenics who can organize their thoughts out there.

  • Okay you might have schizophrenia, Im not a doctor so I dont know.

But if you have read the centre cannot hold which I have and youll notice she has acute schizophrenia not chronic so she can focus until she goes into her psychotic episodes. So if you can have a fully blown conversation and ignore your thoughts during a psychotic period your not schizophrenia.

Plus the onset of schizophrenia in women is 26+.

  • Clearly, you're an expert. How many times did you read that Wikipedia entry?

I suppose reading wikipedia, a memoir about schizophrenia, and perhaps taking a couple of psychology courses qualifies you to diagnose perfect strangers. You're obviously a genius. I can only hope that everyone with mental illness goes to an insightful person

    such as yourself for treatment.

BTW - I've also read The Center Cannot Hold, and it seems to lend credence to Kristin's claim, rather than the other way around.

  • Gah, you are remarkable with your ignorance! Go back to learning about things, because you don't know anything! There is no such thing as "acute schizophrenia." Go read the DSM-IV-TR. There might be things that are described like acute psychotic episodes, but these aren't even diagnoses! If you had bothered to pay attention while reading the book, you might have noticed that she actually performed in school and life WHILE psychotic, so your points are moot!

  • Also, I never said I ignored my thoughts while psychotic. I said I could carry on conversations. There is a difference. AND, if you actually learn something about sz. you'll find out that the age of onset varies for each person even though onset tends to be later in women. There are no absolutes in life NOR in this illness. The onset is NOT 26+ for women. Where are you getting your info. or are you just making it up from the air???!!!

  • AND I should say: I don't mind that you are so ill-informed, but the fact that you come on here, attack me AND have no idea what you are talking about just is so irritating. I really hope that you don't actually ever work in the mental health field, because I would be very afraid for anyone who has to deal with you! Seriously, go learn something first!

  • nice!!!!!

  • I had no idea that the mentally ill were a homogeneous block of people who suffer the same exact symptoms and go through exactly same stuff. I always thought Kristen struggled organising her thoughts-and that been from watching her videos for a good while. This girl clearly does struggle-but she overcomes. And besides, if Kristen has social phobia maybe that says more about the world shes living in that her. What a beautiful girl-why should she feel anything less than okay?

  • You all come across as bitter, jealous people who cant stand to see her succeed and have her voice heard.

Also, Virginia Woolf wrote prolifically in spite of her illness-it still killed her in the end-because it was REAL. People dont stop being complex humans with potential the moment they fall ill, you know.

  • huh??

  • you are so cute! you have the cutest laugh! i love your videos!!!

  • Awesome. Great find there, thanks for showing us! That was very interesting.

    Jake

  • medication isnt the way forward, only makes you worse, try talk therapy and different ways to control it, it works for me somehow

  • Looks are the last of her worries, dumbass.

  • what an intelligent response; now go back to the bottom of the toilet bowl, where you truly belong

  • This was a great video. Thanks for posting it.

I also have schizophrenia. I think the idea that it shows up as a 'wildfire' across the brain accurately reflects some of my own experiences. I have felt it like a wave coming over me. And yet so many times there is normalacy. I often wonder about the connection with some sort of undiagnosed seizure or similarity. Take care.

  • That was cool. Thanks.

  • ople because they combined our electricity

  • its like when your on drugs and you have weird feelings except the feelings aren't the same as drug feelings and people make up reasons for the feelings like, the government is experamenting on them with some kinda mind reading chemical that outputs electricity then the people can hear them when they think. and you hear things too especially from buzzing stuff like a fan or AC. and from the tv. i thought the police were electrocuting me in jail and other people two and i could feel the other pe

  • Kristin,

I have schizoaffective with depression, adhd, ptsd, and bpd. I'm just wondering what meds you are on compared to what i take. message me please, i'd like your input

  • the holes in my brain are from respiridone, not my stupid ideas and fantasies

  • You're not alone in having this condition.

Most (if not all) people involved in conspiracy theories have Schizophrenia also. However, they are UNdiagnosed, so they don't get added into the statistics (% of population with the disorder). These people deny that anything is wrong, & even worse, they compile their delusions & get mass populations to accept them as fact & reality. They do so by creating websites and publishing books. Examples of these delusions are planet Nibiru, Mayan 2012, etc.

  • i really hope that the myana 2012 prophecy is wrong....seriously.

  • im 17 and schizophrenic and youre one of my favorite bloggers

  • Im 17 and schizophrenic too 8^). She is great but you should also check out "schizophrenic7" and his vids too.

  • Hi again...I meant to add to my comment that you should not worry too much about the neural damage theory...neurons can regenerate and the meds I suspect are protecting yours...I also think educational pursuits will also augment neural growth (as will excercise apparently) also it seems many schizophrenics have improvement after mid life..I know someone who did (she was paranoid and house bound for many years but now is functional and independent and in her 70s!)

  • I suffer from severe blunted affect which is something not all schizophrenics have, it's not prevalent. kinda unfair :'(

  • Dear IchBinky, I have schiz too. It can be distressing, but remember that some stroke and encephalization victims have lost close to 50% of their brains and their brains can readjust and adapt to the loss. Our brains are very fault-tolerant and adaptive. I saw a documentary about it one time on TV. 1 of the victims went on to be a mathematician even though most of his brain was literally gone. But we have to stay active mentally and physically and keep healthy too. Thanks for this video.

  • kristin, yes we lose brain cells during bipolar mania also, which many people think they 'feel good' which is a false feeling of wellbeing. this is why it is so important to maintain wellness thru proper recovery techniques, other than our medication, we need to contribute to our own wellness on a day to day basis.

  • Yes, and my viewers are top notch I have to say!!! :)

  • hi,

could you let me know how you were diagnosed? i mean, what prompted you to see a doctor or however it went? i am really interested. thanks.

  • sure, no problem...I'll make a video about it if you don't mind...look for it up soon... :) good topic idea!

  • Hi Kristin, I have watched tons of your videos--you have a great personality! If you will be doing that video how about also talking about whether you had any prodomal symptoms beforehand (i.e. what sort of temperament did you have as a child? shy/nervous/ any social difficulties or physical coorindation problems etc? Thanks!

  • interesting vid!! :)

  • thanks puffy! :)

  • fish oil is great for the brain.

  • yah...so I've heard... do you take fish oil?

  • Interesting. Know of any links re: bipolar?

  • I don't know of any specific bipolar links off hand, but try subscribing to google's feed for "bipolar" and you might get a lot of good info! :)

  • Thank you for posting the video and the link. As a mother of a little girl with Childhood onset is both helped me see what she has/is going through.

  • wow! childhood onset: how old is she if you don't mind my asking? let me know if I can help in any way... :)

  • Your such a wonderful person, <3

I love your videos! It helps me so much with my mom, where shes schitzophranic... =/

    You guys are soo strong.

    Love you, BJ

  • thank you bj...you are strong too, for living with someone who is ill! :) hang in there! :) hugs!

  • I read about this and also that it's the medicines for schizophrenia that causes the brain to shrink... not as much the schizophrenia itself..

  • that is not actually true about the meds shrinking the brain...

  • hey Kristin, thanks for sharing. i hope that meds are helpful as well, for you and me both. that, and keep the stress levels low, if you can. i swear when i'm stressed out, i know it's really not healthy for my brain, i can feel it. take care of yourself girl ! :) xoxox

  • hello dahling! yah, recently I have come to realize just how much being stressed out negatively effects me. you are so right!!! I hope you are well. hugs!!!

  • Thanks for sending that link, Kristin. Very good info there!

  • no problem...yah, I thought it was quite interesting! :)

  • Why did you become partner? I love your vids but let's admit it, they don't receive many views. =/

    <3 you girl

  • I applied to become a partner, because I liked the banner things and I thought it might be fun. I know I don't get millions of views like some people, but that is okay with me. I like the viewers I do get...they are a lot of awesome people!

  • Great links!

The animations are amazing and telling.

It seems like the newer meds helps curtail brain damage, or are at the very least much better. I hope it's not 5% loss per year because that would mean not having a brain in 20 years!

I think there is hope in modern scientific understanding.

  • I know! Pretty soon I won't have a brain! lol

  • i always watch ur vids....its very interesting! thanks so much!

  • thank you so much! :)

  • I have social anxiety, which is not exactly like skizophrenia I know, but how do you cope with college? Are there help-groups? I am finding it quite difficult to cope..

  • sometimes I have to take time off of school or go part time...I also have a therapist and I'm living with my parents who provide a lot of support for me. you might want to see if there is a support group at your college...it does help to know you aren't alone! :) write me any time if you are feeling anxious and need to vent! :)

  • Hey, Lady. Listen, there is brain cell loss in lots of mental illness (bipolar disorder and even major depressive disorder). It does occur when you are symptomatic. As long as you're on your meds, you should be fine. When you worry, think of Elyn Saks. She has had many psychotic episodes, and her brain is still stellar. You have excess wattage anyway. You have nothing to worry about, smarty pants. :)

  • hehe...thanks back at your ms. smarty pants too! :)

  • not to worry kristin - you have plenty of brains to spare! =)

  • haha. I only wish I did!!!

  • very interesting!

  • thanks darta! :)

  • no sleep today Kristin?! It must be like 2 '0 clock there now! :)

p.s(well if you are wondering this is moonshine dear lil miss sunshine! :))

  • oh moonshine dahling!!! I got your beautiful postcard. thank you so much!!! I miss you. where have you been???

  • wow! Thank you Kristin. Thank you for the links. It was very informative.

    take care!

  • you are very welcome. thanks for watching! :)
