Most epic game of epicness EVER, well maybe that's an exageration but it's defo one of the best i've seen.

damn . . . . Idra was on top the entire game, and still lost . . . . this makes me sad, and I'm not even a zerg player (P) :(.

It's just ridiculous how much more effort zerg must make to win a game versus T. Zerg must have a better economy (which sucks as well, 'cause it costs larvae = army) AND they must micro their army A LOT better to stand any chance at all against one of the most easy and straight forward, hardly-any-skill- requiring, army as MMM . . . .

I think an early upgrade to Mutas would've completely changed the dynamic of this game and allowed the Mutas to destroy the econ before the Terran got their defenses up as much

It's silly that Terran can stick with Marine/Medivac/Tank the whole game (with a couple of marauders, or thors, or vikings to assist), and it can beat out Ultras and Brood Lords. So Terran Tier 1/1.5 units > than Zerg Tier 3? Very sad.

@ganthc agreed, ultras have a VERY specific use, and the chance to use them, and use them to their max potential comes up very rarely

@jhl0712 Fungal growth isn't exactly nerfed, y'know. They reduce the stun duration, but in return they double the DPS. So they now deal 36 damage in 4 seconds. Medivacs can't keep up with that at all.

Terran t3 is a joke. Premature GG from Idra in my opinion. Terran only had one mining base. Idra only had to hold out a little longer.

Oh my God... Ultras are so weak. Idra played it perfectly using Fungal Growth + Ultralisks, but the Medivacs heal the units faster than the Ultralisks hurt them.

24:17 made me cry as a zerg player Infester,lings,broodlords, ultras just couldnt stop Marines or Maradars with meds with 1 tank with half hp

also Idra had full infesters and didnt just drop 4 FGs on 22:29? That had to been 80% of his Eco

If Idra had positioned his infestor, lings, broodlords, and ultras all there at the same time, he would have mopped up that bio ball like nothing. Hell, probably just one infestor with that ultra ball would have won him the battle- it was positioning and luck that time.

or have them get a range decrease(to 4) and have them get back that old upgrade they used to have back in StarCraft 1 and Broodwar.

or better yet a heath decrease to 40. and combat shield will be a useful upgrade regardless, and you still get 4 stims................a simple little thing, could balance it out.

Why did Idra quit? He had 2 mining bases to Tarsons one mining base. Tarson clearly didnt have the same unit producing capabilities and idra had 5 hatcheries. It seems like he just got frustrated and left when he could have won the game in the long run.

@shboeoteur somewhat they outrange them, but the thing is usually mutas massively outnumber them, in my opinion its good to mix some vikings with marines and medivacs but if u wanna go all out viking ull need a good number for it to be effective probably better off just getting a handful and using the other resources on a couple thors
