I am sure you love your Legendary Status hell I have 2 lifetime accounts 1 with Lotro online the other Star Trek online. Lotr online tripled in revenues after f2p and Star Trek will be free at the end of this year. Don't know how it will turn around since Star Wars Tor will be released in Dec. (which i will be playing lol) and i think that even DC Universe will be affected by the release of Tor. Last year i remember even guild breaking up in WoW because of Tor and it wasn't even released yet lol

F2p means a game is in danger of loosing it Ip. No matter what you think game companies have to make money. Most people believe it in their heads that since their guild or whatever is big that the company is doing well this is not true at all.To go f2p after being on the market for such a short times says the game wasn't doing well at all. If it was it would have done like WoW because that game was not successful until about a year and a half after release.

To be honest it's a great game the lack of active players is the only thing that killed it. With the light dlc free now and megaservers out the world is even more populated...this will just add more.
