Black people are not conditioned or trained to buy/invest in income producing assets wheter it is a stock, bond, option, real estate, business, notes, insurance policy etc. We are trained from childhood to get a dollar, spend a dollar. Saving is not investing (becuase inflation negates the dollar value). We don't know the language of money and investing which is Accounting & Finance. Yet, we know the stanky legg, NBA stats, latest JZ song, rim sizes and fashion gear, BET and hot night clubs.
