noel was the best guy for her...in life sometimes it's personality over looks that win out and noel i thought was way cuter than ben but felicity loved ben but ben was a jerk to her three fourths of the time....he didn't even act as though he cared about her but noel would've been the better choice and she certainly wouldn't have turned into a man in her sophomore year if she went on the trip with noel instead of ben! that's for sure!!
