Thank you very much, there have been some comments about me not playing it right,but in the spirit of the blues this is all improvised, I could play it like Jimi did but where's the fun in that? We're just a part time fun band so we only play the odd local gig, no travel plans unfortunately, but who know what the future holds. Thanks again for the awesome comments.

I'm white myself and me and my buddies always joke around about how "white" people sound when they play blues because every musician with a brain KNOWS that Black people have tons of "soul" in their playing more then us white people do. another nice player ... but still can't get out from under the shadows of those who broke the mold ... to all you who LOVE certain players, people, whatever - go beyond your roots to find out whatever it is that you are ... there will only be ONE & only ONE of the person you are influenced by/modelled after/imitating/learning from, etc ... the goal is not to be a mere copy .. anyone can do that

I fully agree, my original material is influenced by, but not at all like this, I will be posting some original music very soon. These videos are from my SRV tribute band so It's my job to try and sound like Stevie or Jimi, which ain't easy by the way, but i totaly agree with your comments.
