The only truly difficult part of this fight is the part when it grabs you. All you have to do is pick 2 mouth organs and shoot them till they bleed but don't destroy them. Them destroy the other 3 normally. When it grabs you, all you have to do is shoot the remaining organs 1-2 times each and you're done with that phase.

you know what dosn't make sense? the entire crew from the Isimura is trained and has tons of weapons and shit, and they all get massacred and wiped out in a matter of weeks, but a single engeneer comes to the ship, owns hundreds of necromorphs, kills the Hive Mind, and escapes w/ out any kind of injuries, except that he's in shock. wtf is up with that????

Such an underrated game. Excellent in all departments: graphics, storyline and even controls! The pace was spot on. Can't wait to begin part 2, although I do hope it's a better sequel than Bioshock 2 was for that series. It wasn't bad, mind you, but the first one just placed the bar skyhigh! You know what.. I must say that the controls themselves weren't -that- excellent. Maybe because I got used to different titles but for me Dead Space controls were mundane and very non-intuitive. What goes for comparing it to BioShock series - almighty hand anyone? I mean.. that have been used way too many times already. I hate to see another and another games in which you can control environment with your glove/hand/lollipop. Not that I say Dead Space is bad game.
