Simply hilarious. Not sure why the guy rating one star has a problem but people just prefer other OS. I tried some Linux before but unfortunately I couldn't work with it much due to the confusion. It works for some and for some it don't.

As I said before, there are people who simply prefer other OS because they feel more comfortable with it. Ubuntu is nice but I didn't like it. Simple as that. I don't care. You like dealing with having to configure every little thing, and installing umpteen kernels to get one program to run right, then fine thats for you. But Linux is far from a productive operating system for those of us who do something..ya know...Like WORK!
You gotta be a complete moron to limit yourself to one OS, and belittle other OS's that are more productive to us 99% of the time.
@TheGnomeLocker Exactly...Some of the calls for collecting necissary plugins to even work around a problem in Linux dont even work from distro to distro in some cases. Linux desktop is a nice idea, but is severly lacking...I hear people on forums all of the time say, oh gee I cant get (insert program name here) to work in (insert newest Linux distro here) so I switched to (insert different Linux distro here). Its more nomadic than it is about real community anymore, and to be honest its sad.
As a linux user i have been force to disagree to you and rank 1 star, Linux is very stable now, and there is a large commity working to developing it and help each other out.
Another point mac stole idea from the LInux base KDE, which of course were then stole from mac by windows :(

Linux IS EVERY MAN FOR HIMSELF.Heres why. Because if from version to version of say Fedora or Ubuntu I have problems getting software that worked to run in the better newer version and there is noone in the community who can fix it, then its a flawed OS. PERIOD.Proprietary OSes arent plagued in that way.

Linux IS EVERY MAN FOR HIMSELF.Heres why. @stopthrm opensuse is the one that he is using and that i used, now i need have to much with the community because i had my nerdy friend who had had the same problems as me in the begin. you know get using to the linux why f doing things but i started doing more video editing and game playing and was force to win7 full time. :(
