A great, instrumental Rock'n'Roll classic, how he in the book stands and still today is to be heard over and over again fantastically. It was played in the 70th often in German radio stations - can remind me still well to be woken up often at that time at school hours with this song. Sorry I forgot to refer to me Oor Wullie annuals for reference, but now I think about how many times he says it, especialy as an exclamation, you are correct, thank you.

actually braw means beautiful in scottish slang / or in the old way of speaking , i am scottish ,if you say anythings braw it means beautiful / or goodlooking / or nice - depending on the circumstances, i use the word alot / in eveyday language :)
