I thought a palindrome is something that when played backward it mean the complete opposite of what it meant going forward, but with the same words??????

ummm... this is not the same forwards and backwards... bacwards it is different... if it were the same they would be indistinguishable which was which but you can clearly see which one is backwards and which is forwards... a palindrome is a statement which can be read the same forwards and backwards such as "mom" or "Madam, Im Adam" this sucks because you are so horribly wrong... you can just reverse any video ... this is WRONG just dumb..

@letmecomment no because the WHOLE video depicts a day in someones life, they get up watch tv go to work, eat, come back, watch tv and then go to bed.

it would (and this is what matters) still mean the same thing backwards.

if you played avatar backwards all the events would unravel and the story wouldn't make sense after the flip.

@letmecomment no that's the point you're watching the video! this requires you to PLAY IT BACKWARDS not watch the video and say be done with it, and you're right think about it if you reverse any video in the 2nd half, and PLAY IT BACKWARDS, the 2nd half which is reversed, would now be normal, and the first half which was normal, would be reversed.

this is a true palindrome and if you think about it if you reverse any video its a palindrome :P

@munkyman9519 everyone is always replying to that saying i am wrong, if you read the other comments i can have you can see my point, while this video does share the same properties if played backwards as forwards, this is not impressive because the same effect could be achieved in any video by first including a regular play and a reverse play.

most movies would not make any sense if played backwards. the speech would be backwards, things would fall up instead of down, people would walk backwards, and the events would not form a coherent narrative. however, the first half of this DOES make sense on its own when reversed, as it shows the second half of a person's day.
